PANDA EXPRESS—Yeah, it's a chain restaurant. But their food is pretty tasty, and the staff is fast and efficient. Plus, the prices are a bargain: for under $8, you can get three cream cheese ragoons and two entrees with fried rice. With portions this big, you'll get two meals out of the deal. 14227 Centreville Square, Open Mon-Fri 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Sat 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m., Sun 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Prices: Under $10.
