The Centreville High School Wildcats will wear camouflage jerseys on Tuesday, May 8th, as they take on the Oakton Cougars, in a home game that will benefit injured military men and women.

The Wildcats hope many fans will attend the game, and that the business community will become involved in the effort. The team plans to honor several wounded military members beforehand.

Admission is free, but donations will be accepted at the front gate to benefit the Washington, D.C., chapter of Operation Homefront. The nonprofit organization provides emergency financial assistance, food, auto repair, support for military spouses and other help for military and veterans.

Last year, the Wildcats raised over $1,500 for the Wounded Warrior Project, in a game against Herndon High School.

For more information, or to find out how to become involved, contact Rich Fite at Richard.Fite@ndu.edu or 904-718-6828.
