Police Looking for Serial Flashers

Fairfax County Police said Tuesday that one or more male flashers have targeted females—including young children—in the area near . 

The men have exposed themselves to women between ages 3 and 50 years old walking on the paths , police said. Detectives believe there is more than one man involved, each acting individually.

Police provided a broad description of the suspects, saying the flashers are possibly white, with a light to medium complexion. The suspects are usually in a secluded area of the trails and sometimes cover their faces. They may be between 20 and 60 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall and 150 to 200 pounds.

Anyone who encounters the flashers on the trail should call 911 as soon as possible. A reward between $100 and $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
