This weekend, kick off the unofficial start to summer at the Viva! Vienna! Memorial Day Festival in downtown Vienna.
The annual family fun event, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Vienna, allows residents of Vienna and the surrounding area to celebrate the strength of their community and the holiday weekend while also raising money for the Rotary Club to distribute back to local charitable and educational groups the following year.
This weekend Viva! Vienna! is expected to raise at least $140,000 and from the Northern Virginia region.

In addition to 25 carnival rides for thrill-seekers of all ages, live entertainment, and a wide variety of foods, the Viva! Vienna! Memorial Day Festival will feature roughly 300 local vendors.

Tickets
There is no charge for admission to the Viva! Vienna! Memorial Day Festival, but attendees must pay for rides. Ticket prices are $1 for a single ticket, $20 for a sheet of 24, $40 for a sheet of 48, and $30 for a wristband valid for one day. Rides cost between three and five tickets each.
Parking & Transportation
Viva! Vienna! is held along Church Street in downtown Vienna. Visitors may park in the and Vienna Metro parking lots. A shuttle bus is provided between these lots and the festival throughout the day. See the shuttle schedule here.
