Where/When  (Theatre)   Wednesdy Feb 23 (concert band and percussion)  and Thursday, Feb. 24  (wind ensemble and symphonic band) both concerts at 7 p.m.

Why Go? Story time with games and fingerplay for the little pre-readers. The theme is something we can all relate to: sneezing and coughing!

Price Free; no registration, but tickets are given out 30 minutes before the program begins

 

Where/When Pohick Regional Library , Thursday Feb. 24 at 11:30 a.m.

Why Go? “Stories on Wheels” is the movie theme for this lunchtime break – short movies for the short set (ages 1- 6).

Price Free, no registration is required

 

Planes, Trains and Automobiles

Where/When  (10900 University Blvd Manassas) on Friday Feb. 25 at 10 a.m.

Why Go? Stories, activities and crafts to learn about and play with different types of transportation.  (For children ages 2-4 with their grown-up)

Ice Skating (while we still can!)

Why Go? Outdoor ice skating doesn’t last forever and the season is almost over. Take a spin around the ice with your kids.

Ah... Summer Camp

When/Where Dulles Town Center (21100 Dulles Town Circle Sterling ) Saturday Feb. 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday Feb. 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Go? Get the summer camp information you need all at one place. Get the decisions made and cross one more item off your list. If the kids came with you, take some time to ride the carousel and/or the train. Or if it is nice out,  a great playground is between the mall and Route 7.

Disney Magic at the Patriot Center

Where/When Patriot Center, GMU Sunday Feb 27 at 12:30 p.m. and again at 3:30 p.m.

Why Go? Great performance, family entertainment. Disney won't disappoint.

Price $22 to $50
