Luck evidently wasn't with Ned Devine's, an Irish Pub and restaurant that once occupied 6208 Metroplex Drive in Centreville.
The pub closed about two years ago and since then the building has stood empty along the bustling business strip just off Machen Road and Route 28.
Now that we are all tired of nothing being there, what should be the next business to step up to the plate and take a swing at success?
The owner of the 6,638 square foot building would like to see another restaurant there, but the building is suited for customization, according to a representative from KLNB, the commercial real estate company charged with leasing the building.
