Coyote Grill opened a new flagship location in Centreville Wednesday in the Centrewood Plaza shopping center.
The grand opening was Wednesday.
“We’ve designed this new restaurant from the ground up,” says Coyote Grille owner, Tatiana Farr, in a press release. “I really listened to my customers about the type of dining experience they most wanted: Great food that is fresh and innovative, upscale décor that is perfect for business lunches, a bar for after-hours socializing, and a main dining room that can welcome a crowd or an intimate party of two, all with the friendly service they expect from us.”
The restaurant, at 14101 St. Germain Drive, seats 150 people. It also has a bar, several televisions and a private dining room that can seat 35 - 40 people. Coyote Grill's original location on Main Street in Fairfax City is still open and remains popular.
Farr said she plan to host community events at the restaurant. “The community support nights and events we began hosting in our Fairfax location will continue here in Centreville.”
The restaurant is closed Thanksgiving Day, but will open at 11 a.m. Friday for normal business.
Hours are Sunday 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. (open for brunch), Monday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 1 a.m.
