Join us for Halloween festivities at Bull Run Regional Park's Campground. Those with the spookiest campsite decorations will win fun prizes. Arts, crafts and refreshments will be the picnic shelter at 1 p.m. Don't forget to dress your best for the costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for the scariest, most creative and more!
