Traffic Calming Plan - Meeting

Come view the proposed Traffic Calming Plan for Eagle Tavern Lane & Meherrin Drive!

The Eagle Tavern Lane / Meherrin Drive Traffic Calming Plan will be presented to the community.

  • When: Monday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m.
  • Where: Virginia Run Community Center

The Task Force and Fairfax County Department of Transportation have agreed on a final plan for various locations to possibly receive a "STOP" sign or a "speed hump" on ETL or Meherrin Dr.

  • Cabells Mill Drive - Two speed humps (Cabells Mill HOA)
  • Cedar Break Drive - Two speed humps (Sequoia Farms HOA)
  • Melville Lane - Two speed humps, one speed table, one raised crosswalk, one raised median (Poplar Tree HOA)
  • Paddington Lane - One speed hump (Lee Overlook HOA)
  • Point Pleasant Drive - Two speed tables, one speed hump, one raised crosswalk, one traffic circle (Poplar Tree HOA)
