Bull Run Festival of Lights Begins Wednesday

Get a $3 discount if you visit the festival on a the weekday, except Friday.

The Bull Run Festival of Lights will brighten of the skies of Centreville beginning 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20. 

One of the main attractions of the festival, which is now in its 12th season, is Santa's Enchanted Lights, boasting more than 40,000 colorful lights that move to music. 

The festival is open from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.  Monday-Thursday and 5:30 to 10 p.m. Friday-Sunday as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years. The festival ends Jan. 5, 2014. 

Park officials say the weekends are the busiest times for the festival, so light-lovers are urged to visit on Monday-Thursday when discount admission is available. Download a $3 off weekday coupon, here

Here are the admission prices: 

  • $15 for car or van holding up to 14 passengers. 
  • $25 for larger vehicles holding 15-34 passengers 
  • $50 for bus
Add $5 to all prices on weekends and holidays. 

The festival of lights is located just off of Interstate 66 in Centreville, on Rt. 29 (Lee Highway), not far from Manassas National Battlefield Park.
