Centreville Residents Arrested for Robbing CVS

Christopher Aaron Johnson and Destinee Ashley Rose- Blackburn, of Haymarket Lane, were charged Thursday with armed robbery.

Two Centreville residents were arrested Thursday for an alleged armed robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Vienna.

On Thursday, Town of Vienna Police charged Christopher Aaron Johnson, 22, and Destinee Ashley Rose- Blackburn 21, both of Haymarket Lane, with use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and robbery.

The two were served at the Fairfax County Adult Detention center, where they remain without bail, Vienna Police said in a press release.

The robbery took place around midnight May 11th. Vienna Police said initially that a lone man had entered the pharmacy with a gun and slipped the clerk a note demanding drugs, then left on foot. It was unclear how much drugs he had stolen, police said. 

Nobody inside the store was injured as a result of the robbery. Vienna Police did not specify what role they believe Rose-Blackburn played.
