Police: Bulldog Bites Woman and Child in Centreville

Police say that an American Bulldog bit a woman and child Sunday while they were walking down a street in Centreville.

The two were walking on 5300 block of Blue Aster Circle, Sunday when the incident occurred at about 7:34 p.m.

A woman and child were walking on the sidewalk when an American Bulldog bit the child on the hand and the woman on the arm.

The victims were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The dog was impounded by an Animal Control Officer and placed in quarantine.
