Police Chase Prescription Fraud Suspects Down Lee Highway

Theresa Pompey and Ronnie Davis, both Maryland residents, sped away from officers Thursday, Fairfax County Police said.

Two Maryland residents suspected of committing prescription fraud sped away from police on Lee Highway on Thursday, Fairfax County Police said. 

Theresa Pompey, 26, and Ronnie Davis, 34, who are both Maryland residents, were charged with possession of Oxycontin and obtaining drugs by misrepresentation. Davis was also charged with eluding police. 

Officers first initiated the stop around 2:50 p.m. on Pickwick Road in Fairfax, near the Costco, police said. A Patch reader who witnessed the event said that the chase ended near the CVS on Lee Highway in Centreville.
