Police: Woman Impersonated an Officer
Serena A. Kivett also charged with brandishing a firearm, reckless driving and failing to obey an officer's hand signal to stop and assault.

Impersonating an officer: Police arrested a woman for brandishing a firearm at a 16-year-old girl and presenting herself as a law enforcement officer. Serena A. Kivett, 26, of Locust Grove, Virginia was arrested and charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer, brandishing a firearm, reckless driving and failing to obey an officer’s hand signal to stop and assault. The victim was not injured.
Bomb/burn threat: Joseph Virgilio, 25, of Carlbern Pl., Centreville, was charged on Sept. 1 with making a bomb or burn threat.
