Prosecutors Will Retry Justin Wolfe for Murder-for-Hire in October

Wolfe was held without bail Friday after a hearing in Prince William County Circuit Court.

Former death row inmate Justin Wolfe will stand trial—again—in Prince William County Circuit Court this fall.

"This is a very difficult case," O'Brien said. "It's one I've given a great deal of thought to because it's an unusual one." 

A federal judge vacated Wolfe's conviction for the murder-for-hire in July 2011; an appeals court upheld that conviction in August.
