A crime rate is 58 percent lower than the state average and a median household income 78 percent higher than the state, are just two of the things hat earned the unincorporated area of western Fairfax County, the top spot.

Its beautiful townhomes, shopping and recreation as well as its proximity to hiking and the nation's capital are just a few more of Centreville's advantages.
