One Centreville High School teen will play volleyball at the college level this fall.
Janine Simmons has signed a letter of intent to play ball for Temple University in Philadelphia, according to the Temple University athletics website.
Simmons, a middle blocker, has been a Northern Virginia Volleyball Association player for her entire high school career. This year she was named to the all district and all region teams, according to the Temple website.
Simmons plans to major in political science at Temple.
