Where to Watch the Westfield High Band in Rose Parade New Years Day

Don't  let a long night of New Years' partying stop you from waking up in time to see the Westfield High School Marching Bulldogs in the Rose Parade on Wednesday.

The 273-member band is the first band in the history of Fairfax County Public Schools to march in the Rose Parade which is held annually on New Years' Day in Pasadena just prior to the Rose Bowl.

Where to watch:

The parade starts at 11 a.m. local time and 8 a.m. Pacific Time.
The parade will air on ABC, the Hallmark Channel, HGTV, RFDTV, NBC, Univision, Skylink and Family Net.

Go to ktla.com/rose-parade/ for interrupted coverage of the Westfield Band and other bands in the parade.

A radio broadcast of the parade can be heard on Rural Radio and Sirius XM.

When is the best time to catch Westfield on television during the parade?

The band will appear on television around noon, during the second hour of the parade, which happens to be the most-watched hour, said Jim Carpenter the Westfield High School Rose Parade Committee co-chairman.

It is one of only two bands in the entire parade that will stop at TV corner, where they will perform a one-minute piece before national television cameras, he said.
