The Virginia Bluebells are in splendor on the bank of the narrowing creek for the next 3 miles.

We will stop and walk among the bluebells. You will see many birds and waterfowl as you paddle along the marshy wetlands. The great blue heron, egrets, kingfisher, mallards, Canadian geese, turkeys, eagles, and hawks frequent this area. Beavers, deer, and fox have been seen on this paddle.
