Service Unit 54-11 held its annual Leader & Daughter Dinner and Award Ceremony Wednesday night at . The unit recognized many leaders and volunteers for countless hours and hard work to make Girl Scouts a success for girls in Centreville.

Pat Rebelo, a long-time Girl Scout leader and volunteer, was awarded the Jan Verhage Spirit of Leadership Award. This is a new award for those long-time volunteers who continue to offer their time and leadership. 

Beth Lochne, who has been in Girl Scouts for 40 years, won a special Longevity Award.

There were also Leadership Recognitions, other Longevity Awards, Service Unit Thanks, GSCNC Outstanding Adult Awards and the Trefoil of Gold Awards.
