Girl Scouts wrap up the year with a dinner and awards ceremony
Service Unit 54-11 held its annual Leader & Daughter Dinner and Award Ceremony Wednesday night at . The unit recognized many leaders and volunteers for countless hours and hard work to make Girl Scouts a success for girls in Centreville.
Pat Rebelo, a long-time Girl Scout leader and volunteer, was awarded the Jan Verhage Spirit of Leadership Award. This is a new award for those long-time volunteers who continue to offer their time and leadership.Β
Beth Lochne, who has been in Girl Scouts for 40 years, won a special Longevity Award.
