What Did This Centreville Woman Do That's so Great?

How one resident is leaving her mark on the world.

Centreville resident Trudy Harsh is making her mark on Centreville and the world, one day at time.

Trudy has dedicated much of her time to the Brain Foundation since the 2006 death of her daughter Laura of a brain tumor at the age of 38, according to a Connection Newspapers report

In 2003, Trudy established the Brain Foundation which provides support for those living with brain illnesses.

For her work, Trudy was named Centreville Woman of the Year by the Centreville Day Planning Committee.

Trudy, a Centreville resident for 40 years, is the wife of the late Joe Harsh and the mother of two other children.
