Really takes a big man to punch out a woman! What have we become? A verbal altercation is oneRead More thing; however, resorting to physical violence just goes to prove you are not just a bully, you are a thug.

I knew all parties growing up until about the time of the shooting. Yes, Justin was guilty ofRead More trafficking in marijuana, but his story of events is absolutely true. The recanted stories that Owen Barber gave, are completely true. Other than what they did on the side, both him and Petrole were otherwise good guys who weren't trying to harm anyone.. at that age, it wasn't about some dark side of things with debts and leg breakers. They were both good students and popular and unless you knew them very well, you had no idea they had their illegal activities. I'm not making excuses for those activities, but they were not malicious people and weren't considering the hard they were doing. For the marijuana charge, he has already served his time. Only he's been serving it on death row on a charges based on testimony that was not only false, but all of the witnesses have recanted... and how is it that the shooter is not the one on death row even if Justin had ordered it?

This prosecutor is still practicing law and with evidence he(Conway and Ebert and Newsome) didRead More break law. Who is going to protect the community from more innocence citizen being maliciously prosecuted without evidence with provable facts. Ebert is on the jail board and probably is not disclosing if he profits from convictions or if he gets kickbacks. They use Justin as and scapegoat and made fraudulent lies to the court. They are not humble law enforcement and seemly think that they can fool GOD. What profit a man to gain the world and loose his soul to this kind of political law with hidden agendas and schemes to taint evidence of a innocent American citizen. They are now asking for money to 60 million for new jails that will soon lock up more people. If anyone believe these court official are good people, see if they have anyone that is in your neighborhood who think that they are doing good for there community, especially with fine and excessive fees. We need to take our courts from these people who lack unquestionable integrity. Just athought

Hey, Theresa Choi, remember me? Last year you had illegal aliens "remodel" the unit youRead More bought above the one in which I live. They almost put a couch through my front window by tossing it off the balcony instead of carrying it down the steps in the front like professionals. They also flooded my condo with their shoddy plumbing. When I complained to you about it you told me it was not your people, that I had flooded my own place (through my ceiling/your floor?). When I told you I was a lawyer you told me your father was a judge and that you knew people who would come break my legs. You cussed me out like a sailor and threatened my life for ten minutes while I tried to reason in an attempt to get you to clean up the mess and stop creating disasters with your undocumented slave laborers. The final outrage was when more noisy illegals moved into the place to live. (Your renters? Or the victims of one of your quick flip jobs, perhaps?) Anyway, enjoy your stay in federal prison. And I thank the Lord for letting me see you get your come uppance so fast, you snake-eyed predator.

Wolfe's new attorneys need to put Paul Ebert on trial. His "record" speaks for itself. IRead More didn't shed any tears when Paul Powell was sentenced to death (and I don't believe in the death penalty), but the way Ebert plays fast and loose with the law is scary. I'm still scared of the guy and I was a newspaper editor who now lives in NC.

It appears we are no better than the Italians were at prosecuting Amanda Knox. This is just oneRead More example of the many injustices in our "justice" system.

Help me I have to go to court in this county. I have no evidence in a DWI. They want to give me 2Read More years a charged me with a felony DWI in 2006. I had no evidence the and this same prosecutors found me guilty and held me for 40 days on the charge. I found out that The prosecutor Mary E Millette was married to Judge Leroy F. Millette at the time and brought that up because they both handle the case. Richard Conway (Prosecutor) did everything he could to get that convict because I filed several complaint. This court is organized to get money and convictions without evidence. The should all be charged with R.I.C.O. and Fraudulent Conveyance, Libel, Slander and Defamation. Multiple accounts of Malfeasance of Office.

I just want to know what an "overbroad remedy" is. Did they mean OVERBOARD? I know whatRead More that means. PROOFREAD, PEOPLE! I swear, every story I read here has at least one glaring error in spelling, grammar, or punctuation. It reminds me of the old Journal Messenger.

The court called it an "overbroad remedy." Have a nice day.

"Overbroad remedy" is a legal term. I base this on a search resulting in 440 hits, mostRead More if not all, are court cases. I would say the quote from Judge Jackson is the definition, i.e., "Put succinctly, the constitutional claims for which Wolfe was awarded habeas corpus relief are readily capable of being remedied in a new trial." Any lawyers out there?

Just came from here... 3:50 pm - Clifton is closed from Ox Road to Wolf Run Schoals (at Davis'sRead More Shell station). If you live on this space of Clifton, the police will let you through by the Shell station, but apparently no one can get onto Clifton from Ox at this time!
