Assault: A 20-year-old reported he was sitting at a restaurant on the 14100 block of Saint Germain Drive at 12:40 a.m. May 5, when an unknown man assaulted him. Afterward, the suspect fled. Police said that the victim was not seriously injured. Police did not provide a description of the suspect. DWI patrol: Sully District officers conducted a DWI check point near Lee Highway and O’Day Drive on May 3, with 527 vehicles passing through. Police charged one driver with DWI.
