Panicking? Don't. These retailers are open later than most on Christmas Eve. "Today Show" financial editor Jean Chatzky suggests deciding ahead of time what you intend to purchase, so your time in the store will be maximized and you won't over spend. Target is open until 9 p.m. Christmas Eve. Chatzky said Monday on the Today Show that Target has the best price she's seen on LeapFrog LeapPad 1, and is also having a sale on the iPad Touch. There are three Target stores in the Fredericksburg area: Kmart, 13910 Metrotech Drive and is open until 10 p.m. Monday. It’s that time of year again. The time when you can put your old self to the side and take on a totally new personality or character. Halloween is right around the corner, and it’s not too early to think about what you want to be on the scariest night of the year. Like every year, many local stores have a list of costumes for all ages. However, there are some Halloween costume ideas that seem to be more popular than others this year.
