Pet Supplies Plus to Have Grand Opening Event
The new pet center will have a pizza party for locals and their pets Friday.
The Pet Supplies Plus in Centreville will have an official grand opening from Friday to Sunday. Friday, the Nova Mobile Vet Clinic will be available for discounted vaccinations and microchips from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pets may come for an afternoon of pampering, treats and socializing while their human counterparts take part in raffles, food and tours of the 9,148-square-foot store. On Saturday and Sunday, the Pet 'n People pizza party will take place at the store from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friends of Homeless Animals will also be on site from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pet Supplies Plus opened in Centreville in December. Healing Hearts Animal Rescue Group will take part in the grand opening, as well. They will be there Saturday from 11 to 2 with dogs that are looking for loving homes.
