What's That Rumbling Sound? Quantico Conducting Training

Hearing rumbles? It's the munitions training at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico.

If you're hearing booming or rumbling sounds in Centreville, it's just the explosive munitions training at Quantico Marine Corps Base, according to the Quantico Marine Corps Base Facebook page. The base has held training sessions for most of this week, and the noise will continue on Friday rom 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The Friday session will be the last training session before Christmas.  If you have questions, call the Quantico Public Affairs Office at 703-432-0305.
