First 100 at New Chick-fil-A Opening in Fairfax Get Free Meals for a Year

The new restaurant opens Thursday.

Get in line Chick-fil-A lovers. The first 100 adults to visit the new Chick-fil-A in Fairfax on its opening day on Thursday will receive a free Chick-fil-A meal each week for a year.

The new standalone restaurant will open at 6 a.m. at 4516 Fair Knoll Drive in Fairfax, but folks can began standing in line as early at 6 a.m. Wednesday, said Cindy Chapman, a spokesperson for the popular chain.

Because so many people have showed up 24 hours in advance of the opening, the company has had to implement a few rules to determine who gets the grub.

If more than 100 people show up 24 hours in advance, then a drawing will be held to determine the 100 winners, according to the Chick-fil-A Free 100 website.  Read all the rules and conditions here.

Besides the promise of a free weekly meal, the new location brings 70 jobs to the area.
