Two Men Charged in Trinity Parkway Shooting Incident

Fairfax County Police charged Darnell L. Parker, 28 of Delaware, and Carlton N. Parker, 27, of Washington D.C., with shooting at a car.

Fairfax County police officers arrested two men on Sunday in connection with a shooting in Centreville. 

Officers charged Darnell L. Parker, 28 of Delaware, and Carlton N. Parker, 27 of Washington, D.C., with shooting at a car.

Police said that the incident started when the victim, a 30-year-old man, met two women at a club in D.C. and at closing time, took them in his 2011 Porsche to a restaurant. The victim got lost and took the women to a different location in Centreville, police said.

The women then called Darnell Parker and Carlton Parker for a ride to take them home. After the two arrived, the women got into their car. The suspects then allegedly shot at the victim's car, police said. They then fled on Interstate 66, where they were apprehended.

Officers responded to the call near 5825 Trinity Pkwy. in Centreville around 5:50 a.m. The victim was treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
